The number of people, how teams sit together and what equipment each desk carries decide the product, not a catalogue page. We turn that brief into workstation clusters that fit the floor plate, the columns, the storage and the routes to meeting rooms.
Because desks, screens and desk power come from one team, the contractor gets a single scope for drawings and quotation, and the facility manager receives one system with one warranty at handover.
Layouts
Workstation layouts and desk sizes
Clusters are available for 2, 4, 6 people or more, grouped by department, by who works with whom and by access to shared areas. Teams that exchange information often sit together; roles that need concentration get a different arrangement.
In a four-person cluster, screen position and seating direction are part of the layout, and every chair keeps a clear way in while colleagues are working. Desk size follows the equipment: a laptop-only desk, a dual-monitor desk and a desk for drawings all need different surface areas.

Privacy
Desk screen dividers and privacy
Screen dividers are desk-mounted panels fixed with brackets to the workstation. They create a visual boundary between positions, with height and material chosen for how the team works: open discussion, focused screen work or confidential documents.
Visual privacy
Teams that collaborate all day need a different sightline from teams handling sensitive information. We place screens together with the power modules and cable access, so nothing competes for space on the desktop.
Acoustics
Visual privacy is not sound control. Acoustic needs are covered by the screen material; a desk screen does not replace a quiet room, and Aetrio supplies desk screens, not floor-to-ceiling partitions.
Materials & brackets
Fabric, acrylic, glass, MFC and acoustic panels, fixed with centre or side brackets for panels 4–20 mm thick. Panel width follows the desk module; height is chosen per cluster.

U-Power
Desk power built into every workstation
With U-Power, one floor power source feeds six workstations as standard, up to eight to ten depending on load. Each desk gets universal or EU sockets rated 10A 250V~ (2,500 W) with shutters, plus USB-C and USB-A, through a flip-top or an under-desk box and a raceway under the desktops.

Process
From site survey to handover
01 · Survey
We survey the space, desk positions and installation access with your project team, including areas that stay in operation and the condition of the power sources.
02 · Layout
Headcount becomes workstation clusters, with screens, storage, circulation and desk power placed in the same drawing before anything goes to production.
03 · Production
Production follows the approved drawings and finishes. Standard configurations take around three to four weeks from approval; custom U-Power takes six to eight weeks.
04 · Installation
Our team installs in the sequence agreed with the project manager, including vertical mobilisation in high-rise buildings, and hands over final drawings for facility management.
Finishes and frames
Desktops in MFC 18 or 25 mm, or HPL on particle board, MDF or plywood. Steel frames in basic 40 × 40, square 40 × 40 or full metal 30 × 60, plus a timber series with timber legs. Frame colour, desktop decor and screen fabric are selected with the quotation.

Pricing
How office workstation pricing works
Workstation pricing is calculated per project. The number of positions, the configuration, screen dividers, desk power and the installation scope all go into the quotation, so you compare complete packages on the same scope rather than desk counts.
Sit-stand desks and standard meeting tables can complete the scheme where needed, while planning stays focused on the workstation system and U-Power.

3-year warranty
Desks, chairs and U-Power carry a 3-year warranty. The quotation and warranty document set out coverage and service procedures, and facility managers can keep them with the final layout for after-sales service.

Project experience

Layouts & sizes
Which workstation layouts are available?
Linear, face-to-face and supervisor layouts for 2, 4, 6, 8 or more people per cluster, up to 12 workstations in one cluster. Face-to-face clusters of 4, 6 and 8 are the most common in project offices.
What are the standard office workstation desk sizes?
The most common modules are 120 × 60 cm and 140 × 70 cm per person, with 150 × 75 cm and project-specific sizes available. Standard desk height is 75 cm. A six-person face-to-face cluster with 120 × 60 cm modules is about 360 × 120 cm before chair space and circulation.

Can the workstations come with built-in power?
Yes. U-Power adds universal or EU sockets, USB-C and USB-A at every desk, fed through a raceway under the desktops and a cable tower in the cluster. One floor power source serves six workstations as standard, up to eight to ten depending on load.
Lead time, pricing & warranty
How long does production take?
Standard configurations with standard U-Power kits take around three to four weeks from approved drawings and finishes. Custom U-Power specifications take six to eight weeks from confirmed order and approved spec. When a schedule is tight, our own production line helps: we once produced 120 workstations in ten days (client under NDA).
How is the price of a workstation calculated?
Pricing is calculated per project, based on the number of positions, the configuration, screen dividers, desk power and the agreed installation scope. That way every quotation is compared on the same scope, not on desk count alone.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Desks, chairs and U-Power carry a 3-year warranty. Coverage and service procedures follow the warranty document for the system listed in your quotation.
